4. High hardness and washable paste putty formula

5. Adhesive for exterior wall tiles

6. Gypsum joint agent

3 External wall anti-cracking putty powder: 350 kg of cement or white cement, 500 kg of dry sand powder, 150 kg of heavy calcium, 4 kg of HPMC, 2-4 kg of latex powder, 8-10 kg of Bingan, 4-8 kg of wood fiber. PP fiber 1 kg.
4: Common putty powder for external walls: 250 kg of gray calcium, 100 kg of white cement, 650 kg of heavy calcium, 3.4-4 kg of HPMC, 8 kg of Bingan, 4 kg of wood, 4 kg of 5115 glue.
5: It can also be used in rubber powder polystyrene particle insulation mortar to effectively improve construction plasticity. It is not easy to collapse. It is used in anti-cracking mortar to enhance hardness. It has hydrophobic function.
This polymer material can be used not only in dry powder putty, but also in thermal insulation mortar. It is not only a good water repellent, but also a good adhesive, so it is called the “national treasure” in dry powder putty “.
Remark:
1: The price of polymer polypropylene is 4 yuan per kilogram.
2: Polypropylene safety cannot be mixed with PVA powder and polypropylene safety.
3: Do not add light calcium carbonate when using this formula, otherwise there will be chemical reactions.
Experience conclusion: If there are lumps and mounds in Bian’an, break it up into powder, and then put a small amount into the mixer in batches and stir evenly.
