1. 3. Judging from the ash content: take a certain amount of redispersible latex powder, place it in a metal container after weighing, heat it up to 800 ℃, after 30min burning, cool it to room temperature, and weigh again. The light weight is relatively good quality. Light weight and good quality. Analysis of the reasons for the high ash content, including improper raw materials and high inorganic content;

4. Judging by the film-forming method: The film-forming property is the foundation of the mortar modification functions such as bonding, and the film-forming property is poor, which is usually caused by excessive increase of inorganic components or improper organic components. The redispersible latex powder of good quality has good film-forming properties at room temperature, but the film-forming properties at room temperature are not good, and most of them have quality problems in terms of polymer or ash content.

Test method: Take a certain quality of redispersible latex powder, mix it with water at a ratio of 1:1 and stir it evenly for 2 minutes, stir it again, pour the solution on a flat clean glass, and place the glass in a ventilated and shaded place. When it is fully dry, peel it off. Observe the removed polymer film. High transparency and good quality. Then pull moderately, with good elasticity and good quality. The film was then cut into strips, immersed in water, and observed after 1 day, the quality of the film was less dissolved in water.

The above is just a simple method, which cannot be completely identified as good or bad, but preliminary identification can be carried out.
