Ibanga le-PVC le-HPMC

Iimpawu

(1)Ubushushu bePolymerization: Ubushushu bePolymerization ngokusisiseko bumisela ubunzima obuphakathi beemolekyuli zePVC, kwaye i-dispersant ngokusisiseko ayinampembelelo kubunzima beemolekyuli. Ubushushu bejeli ye-dispersant buphezulu kunobushushu be-polymerization ukuqinisekisa ukusasazeka kwepolymer yi-dispersant.

(2) Iimpawu zamasuntswana: ububanzi bamasuntswana, imo, ubume, kunye nokusasazwa kwamasuntswana zizibonakaliso ezibalulekileyo zomgangatho we-SPVC, ezinxulumene noyilo lwe-agitator/reactor, umlinganiselo wamanzi-kwioyile, inkqubo yokusasazwa kunye nesantya sokuguqulwa kokugqibela kwe-VCM, apho inkqubo yokusasazwa ibaluleke kakhulu khona.
