Ana samar da HEC ta hanyar yin maganin cellulose tare da ethylene oxide, ta hanyar gabatar da ƙungiyoyin hydroxyethyl (-CH2CH2OH) tare da sarkar polymer. Wannan gyare-gyaren yana ƙara narkewar ruwa kuma yana inganta ikon polymer don samar da mafita masu haske da kwanciyar hankali. Sauyawar tana faruwa ne musamman a wuraren hydroxyl (-OH) na sassan anhydroglucose a cikin sarkar cellulose.

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC)

Ana haɗa HPMC ta hanyar haɗa cellulose tare da methyl chloride da propylene oxide, wanda ke haifar da maye gurbin ƙungiyoyin hydroxyl tare da ƙungiyoyin methoxy (-OCH3) da hydroxypropyl (-CH2CHOHCH3). Ana iya bambanta rabon abun ciki na methoxy zuwa hydroxypropyl don daidaita halayen polymer.

HPMC: Hakanan yana narkewa a cikin ruwan sanyi amma yana samar da gel idan aka dumama shi. Ba ya narkewa a cikin ruwan zafi amma yana kumbura kuma yana samar da gel mai juyewa idan aka dumama shi, wanda ke da amfani wajen isar da magunguna masu sarrafawa. Wasu ma'auni kuma suna iya narkewa a cikin sinadarai masu narkewa kamar ethanol ko acetone.

Danko

Ana iya ƙera HEC da HPMC a matakai daban-daban na danko. Maganin HEC gabaɗaya suna ba da haske mai yawa kuma ba sa jin zafi sosai. Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC)

6. Tsaro da Dacewa da Halitta
