I-HPMC ngamandla esimende sikasimende

I-Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC)iyi-non-ionic cellulose ether esetshenziswa kabanzi ezintweni zokwakha, ikakhulukazi ku-cement mortar. Idlala indima ebalulekile ekulawuleni ukusebenza kwe-mortar ngenxa yokugcina amanzi kahle, ukuqina, ukuthambisa kanye nezakhiwo zayo zokwakha ifilimu. Kodwa-ke, yize ukwengezwa kwe-HPMC kungathuthukisa ukusebenza kokwakhiwa kwe-mortar, kuzoba nomthelela othile emandleni e-cement mortar.

1. Izakhiwo eziyisisekelo kanye nendlela yokusebenza kwe-HPMC

I-HPMC iyinto ye-polymer encibilika emanzini elungiselelwe ngokungenisa ngamakhemikhali amaqembu e-methyl kanye ne-hydroxypropyl ku-cellulose yemvelo. Thuthukisa ukusebenza kahle: Thuthukisa ukusebenza komsebenzi wokwakha ngokuthuthukisa ukunamathela kanye nokugeleza kodaka.

Umphumela wokulibazisa: I-HPMC inomphumela othile wokulibazisa enqubweni yokumanzisa usimende ngoba ivimbela ukusabalala kwamanzi ngokushesha.

2. Umphumela we-HPMC emandleni kadaka

Nakuba ukwethulwa kwe-HPMC kuthuthukisa ukusebenza kokwakhiwa kwe-mortar, kunomthelela omubi emandleni okusebenza kwe-mortar (ikakhulukazi amandla okucindezela kanye namandla okuguquguquka). Kubonakala kakhulu kulezi zici ezilandelayo:

Ukuze kufezwe ukugeleza okufanele ngesikhathi sokwakha, kungadingeka ukuthi kufakwe amanzi engeziwe, ngaleyo ndlela kwandiswe isilinganiso sokubopha amanzi futhi kuncishiswe amandla okugcina.

3. Ithonya lomthamo we-HPMC emandleni

Ithonya le-HPMC emandleni esihlabathi sikasimende libonisa ukujwayela okuthile:

Isilinganiso esiphansi (<0.1%): umthelela omncane emandleni, ikakhulukazi okuthuthukisa ukugcinwa kwamanzi nokusebenza kahle;

Umthamo ophakathi (0.1%~0.3%): ukusebenza kokwakhiwa kuthuthuke kakhulu, kodwa amandla aqala ukwehla;

Umthamo ophezulu (>0.3%): amandla ancishisiwe kakhulu, ikakhulukazi amandla okuqala ancishisiwe kakhulu, okungase kube yingozi enqubweni yokwakha kwasekuqaleni.

Ukulawula okunengqondo inani le-HPMC elingeziwe kuyisihluthulelo sokugcina amandla e-mortar ngenkathi kuqinisekiswa ukusebenza kahle kokwakhiwa.

4. Iziphakamiso zokwenza ngcono

Ukuze kulinganiswe ubudlelwano phakathi kokusebenza kokwakha kanye nezakhiwo zemishini, ukulungiswa kungenziwa kusukela kulezi zici ezilandelayo:

Lungiselela umthamo: Nquma umthamo we-HPMC ofanele ngokusebenzisa izivivinyo ukuqinisekisa ukusebenza kokwakhiwa nokunciphisa imiphumela emibi emandleni.

Izingxube ezihlanganisiwe: Sebenzisa izingxube ezingathuthukisa amandla, njenge-silica fume, i-fly ash kanye nezinye izingxube zamaminerali, ukuze uthuthukise ubuningi be-mortar.

Khetha imikhiqizo ye-HPMC ene-viscosity efanele: I-HPMC yamazinga ahlukene e-viscosity inemiphumela ehlukene ekusebenzeni kwe-mortar. I-viscosity ephezulu kakhulu ingase ikhulise ukwakheka kwamabhamuza, futhi i-viscosity ephakathi nendawo ikhuthaza kakhulu ibhalansi yokusebenza iyonke.

Lawula isilinganiso samanzi nosimende ngesikhathi sokwakha: Zama ukunciphisa amanzi engeziwe asetshenziswayo ngenxa yezidingo zokugeleza kwamanzi ukuze ugweme isilinganiso samanzi nosimende ngokweqile esithinta amandla.

Ukusetshenziswa okunengqondo kwe-HPMC, ukulawula umthamo wayo, kanye nokuhlanganiswa nezinye izindlela zokwenza ngcono kungaqinisekisa ukuthi amandla esakhiwo ahlangabezana nezidingo zobunjiniyela ngenkathi kuthuthukiswa ukusebenza kahle kokwakha. Ucwaningo lwesikhathi esizayo lungaqhubeka nokuhlola indlela yokusebenzisana kwe-HPMC nezinye izingxube ukuze kunikezwe isiqondiso sesayensi esengeziwe sokusetshenziswa kwayo ezintweni zokwakha.
